The key is to go about how you’d eat a meat-free meal.
The biggest hurdle to veggie-eating is that most people think they are being vegan by avoiding the meat, when in reality they are avoiding the vegetable. There are many things you can do to be vegan. You can eat dairy-free or meat-free, you can go completely vegan on any given day, or you can eat a lot of fruit. All of these are just ways to cut down on the meat.

The reason for this is simple. It is a fact that meat is an animal that has been bred, raised, and fed to maximize growth. Meat is a living machine, like a computer that has to be kept running 24/7. With the right amount of protein in your diet, it is a pretty cool machine. Meat is an animal that has been engineered to do what we want, not what Nature intended.
Although I’m not a vegetarian, I’m a vegetarian paleo. I’m a meat eater, but I’ve always been able to consume a decent amount of meat without becoming unbalanced in some way. With that said, there’s a lot of misinformation out there about vegetarian/paleo diet.
