There are tons of ways to make your thoughts and behaviors more mindful. Do it for yourself by meditating or doing yoga. Make a list of the things that make your brain tick. Do the things that make you anxious and then do them. Do the things that make you feel guilty and do them. Do the things that make you angry and do them. Do the things that make you miserable and do them.
I’m not sure if there’s anything that truly works for everyone but I do know that when you put your mind to it, you’ll find something that works for you. I’ve always found meditation and yoga to be a really good way to get my mind off the usual, repetitive, routine things that lead to stress and anxiety.

However, this is the part that I always get the most complaints about. You can do this the hard way by going all the way to the top of the mountain and finding the stones, but this doesn’t really get you anywhere. Thor is about exploration, not about finding the stones.
