I was on a plane recently, and I saw a little sign that said “spike inu.” I have a theory as to why that sign is there, but that’s a whole another story. It’s not the only sign on the plane, but it’s the one that has me most intrigued.
The sign is a bit of a problem. We’ve all seen a spike inu and a spike inu can be a sign of depression. I mean, you’re depressed because no one has ever told you that you’re depressed. The way it is supposed to be, you’re depressed because no one has ever said to you that your depressed! The sign above it says “You’re not depressed!” so I have to wonder where that message is coming from.
Its the one that has me most interested. I see the sign almost immediately, and I’m not convinced I can give it any credit for that.

Thats a good start, but youve got it all wrong. It doesn’t matter where the depression comes from. The only thing that matters is that you say it. Your words are what make you depressed. And I think that is why people often find it so hard to get over themselves when they do say something that makes them feel bad.
The most important thing to understand is that our self-awareness is the most important thing in our lives. When we are not aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we can only get a little bit of information about ourselves.
So if you’re feeling depressed, it’s probably time to take a break. I mean, we’ve all been there. You’re all over the Internet, you’re not getting any sleep, and you feel like the world is about to end. Your friend and coworker is depressed too. You’re sitting at home alone, and you can’t stop thinking about how all those people you had to see on that show are depressed.
The sad thing is that depression isn’t really that big of a problem these days. The only thing that really makes it worse is that we have no control of it. As a result, it’s just another thought that flashes across our mind when we have no control of it.
There are quite a few of these days as we get closer to the end of the day. The first thing that happens to us, is we become less and less aware of the way things are going. We are less aware more of the things they are doing, and more of the processes that take place in the world around us. It’s like when we are on the edge of a cliff and we cant get out of there.
