In the map you can see that I did not eat meat but I did put as much as I could into the food that I ate. It would be nice to see if you could create some chart that shows what foods I ate and how I made the food.
I think a safemark chart would be an awesome, easy-to-create way for everyone to see where I was healthy and what I was not.
