I am Laila Bowden. I am the youngest of five. I have a B.A. degree in Women’s Studies and a M.A. in Human Nutrition. I have an M.F.A. in Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (ACN).
I am an educator, food and nutrition writer, and health and weight loss blogger, with a specialty in the diet and nutrition of children. I also own and operate lba cred, a blog that focuses on healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle, as well as the health of children.
I have been published in various print and online news publications as well as a number of online newsletters. I have also written for The Huffington Post, Good Day New York, The New York Times, and The New York Daily News. I have a weekly radio show on AM 970 in New York called “The Morning Dr. Phil”. I also co-host a weekly TV show called “My Weight Loss Journey” with my sister, Laura L. Babb.
I’m also an avid reader of the health, fitness, and lifestyle blogs I find on the Internet. I’m currently working on a book that is focused on healthy living and family issues.
I am a freelance writer for several online publications. I write for a variety of websites; including the websites of the New York Times, Business Insider, and USA Today. I am also the executive editor of the blog, www.lauraandcarlbabb.com. I am also the director and editor for the online fitness magazine, www.lauraandcarlbabb.com, and the author of the book, www.lauraandcarlbabb.com.
Why do I love this particular blog? Because Lba cred has a fantastic sense of humor, and it is written in a way that makes you laugh. I am a big fan of Lba cred because of this. It is also written extremely well. I love it because it is the kind of blog that you can laugh at and then laugh at more. I love it because it has the ability to make you laugh just a little harder.
Lba cred is kind of like the perfect combination of a blog and a podcast. Lba and Carla, we chat a lot about our fitness/nutrition/weight loss journey, weight loss, and how to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. You can listen to our podcast on iTunes or on Google Play.
I love it because it is also written extremely well. Of course, like most of the other podcasts, it does contain some spoilers, and we just have no clue what the story is about. But it is also just a really fun and entertaining podcast.
And as I said before, Carla is a great voice. The conversation is also very funny, so if you like both of us, you’ll really enjoy it.
As it turns out, there is a lot of weight loss in the story. The story is about a woman who wants to lose as many pounds as she can. She does a lot of different things to try and lose weight, and finds herself losing and gaining weight. She also realizes that her weight is actually a symptom of something much deeper. Her weight loss can actually be the result of a deep depression. This is why she needs help.
