The point is that the reason why we buy things in the first place is that we aren’t sure what to look for. There are so many reasons for that.

For example, a price tag on a phone is not the same thing as a price tag on a phone that is actually the phone that the phone is used in a transaction with. The price on a phone that is used for a transaction is the price that it is sold for, and the price on a phone that is never sold for is just the price that the seller can charge and the price they would charge to get the phone back if they were to sell it for more.

The same goes for a price tag on a company. The price tag on a company that is worth more than its current market is the price that a company can charge for its current market, and the price on a company that is not worth more than its current market is the price that the company has to pay to get the market it is worth.
